The individualized tactical operator plan is based on your personal and occupational needs.
- The tactical operator plan is an a 8 week training plan designed specifically for you and your job (e.g. firefighter, paramedic, police, surf lifesaver, coast guard, defence force).
Personal and occupational needs may include: strength, strength endurance, power, speed, agility, balance, flexibility, aerobic fitness, anaerobic fitness, muscle mass, fat loss, occupational specific movements and repetitive tasks.
